How did this come about?

I have been involved in the hairdressing industry for quite some time. I have worked in many varied situations, from wages to commission, and nearly everything in between.

I was never very financially satisfied when working for someone else.  

So I set up my first salon and experienced the other side. Being a business owner.   

This too, although I found this to be financially rewarding, I found almost impossible to have a life and it consumed nearly every waking hour, which was not terribly good for my health.

So I set about to find a solution………………..
